WINNIPEG: Does your service or department have a quarry program? Quarries are an integral part of any K9 program. The quarry members usually participate on a volunteer basis. They also get to build their Curriculum Vitae for future K9 Handler competitions. With a pool of quarries, the handlers are able to train multiple scenerois fluidly with little down time on training days. Definately something to consider starting within your unit.
